Incaberrix Superberry made for beverage market

The Incaberrix Superberry is a clear, water-soluble extract prepared from the ancient Andean physalis fruit (Physalis peruviana), also known as Inca berry, cape gooseberry, or golden berry. The product is rich in phytonutrients, B-complex vitamins, protein, and minerals such as iron, zinc, and phosphorus. It also has high vitamin C and carotenoids content.

The extract has been proven stable in beverage applications based on recent tests in Frutarom Innovation Center. According to product manager Yannick Capelle, the superberry ingredient is ideal for product developers and manufacturers looking to add value to their food and beverage products.
