Grieve's No. 907 is an electrically heated inert atmosphere walk-in oven currently used for heat treating graphite tooling moulds at a customer's facility. This oven has a maximum operating temperature of 1000°F and workspace dimensions measuring 48×84×72" (W×D×H). A total of 100 kW are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements, whilst a 7,800 CFM, 5 HP recirculating blower provides combination airflow to the workloads. A flat-bed loading truck with 2,000 pound capacity plus a transfer dolly with oven-to-dolly and dolly-to-truck latches are also included. The oven features 8" thick walls comprising 2" of 1900°F block and 6" of 10 pounds/cf density rock wool insulation as well as an aluminised steel exterior and interior. Special Grieve inert atmosphere construction highlights include a pressure regulator, 0–1200 CFH flow meter, pressure gauge, inner oven walls sealing directly against a 1/2" thick cellular silicone rubber atmosphere seal, blower shaft seal, positive latching door hardware, adjustable offset door hinges, outlet with pressure relief, interior seams welded gastight, and all oven wall penetrations fitted with compression fittings. No. 907 also includes a digital programming temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, recirculating blower airflow safety switch, 10" diameter circular chart recorder, and a fused disconnect switch. This 109-gallon capacity hydraulic oil reservoir is fabricated from aluminised steel and used in an aerial work platform bucket truck. It includes a sight gauge, fillerbreather, and filter.Source: Grieve Corporation (www.grievecorp.com)Nike Zoom Kobe IV
