Ingenia Polymers appoints Lisgrove for executive search

Ingenia Polymers, a world-class manufacturer of products and services to the polymer resin producer (PP, PE, PS) and downstream conversion market, has appointed Listgrove to assist their search for a Regional Business Development Manager (Middle East).   

The role will compliment their new manufacturing facility located in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  During the ArabPlast exhibition, Ryan Kirby (on the left), Managing Director at Listgrove International, met with Zach Charlton (centre), Operations Director, ENEA at Ingenia and Floros Flouros (on the right), Commercial Manager at Ingenia.   

Kirby states 'ArabPlast has proven yet again to be a great success for Listgrove, with many new recruitment and HR projects being discussed with both existing and new clients'.  Having participated in the last three ArabPlast exhibitions, Listgrove has noted that the Middle East is now focused on down stream manufacturing interests and investment in this area mirrors that experienced across the Far East.   

Kirby adds 'the region recognises the benefit of outside skills and experience in all areas of plastic and packaging production, in terms of staff, equipment and consultancy services'.
