BOSTON, Massachusetts, USA - At the second annual Women in Agribusiness Summit, Ilene Gordon, CEO of global ingredients solutions company, Ingredion, will provide the opening keynote address. Ms Gordon has been listed as one of FORTUNE's Most Powerful Women in Business for two consecutive years. She will deliver the presentation, "The Journey to the Top: Lessons Learned" on the opening morning of the summit.
Ms Gordon will be joined by, Beth Ford, executive vice president and chief supply chain and operations officer at Land O'Lakes, who will present "Agribusiness...A Great Growth Industry with Mission Value and Opportunity for Women."

The summit will be held on 22-24 October, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Over 400 attendees are expected at this year's event, whose goals are twofold: to make the agriculture and food sectors career destinations for today's talented women, and to provide tools for women to become informed leaders in our industry.
