Injection blow moulding machine

Whirlwind series injection blow moulding machine adopts JingYe's own design: vertical injection way. The machine has double-line arrangement, 8 cavities for each line, so it has 16 cavity moulds. This format can enlarge the production to about 100,000 pcs/day, which can meet large production demands for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. Besides its advantage in production, WIB- 50 also enjoys lower energy consumption, 30% lower than the former model. The machine has the following features: higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, better configuration, big colourful touch screen, electronic slide rule for travel controlling, variable displacement pump hydraulic system + servo driving, raising 50% efficiency at the same energy consumption.
