Inpro/Seal golf tourney raises $20,000 for non-profit organization

The innovative sealing solutions provider Inpro/Seal makes a donation of $20,000 to Aspire which offers services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Chicagoland area

THE 28th annual Inpro/Seal^® VIP Charity Golf Tournament raised $20,000 for Aspire, a non-profit organization that helps children and adults with developmental disabilities. The tournament held on August 10 at Oakwood Country Club in Coal Valley, Illinois, to raise funds and build awareness for the local cause, was attended by 97 Inpro/Seal customers, vendors and employees.

The $20,000 donation was supported in part through a new matching grant initiative by the philanthropic arm of Inpro/Seal’s parent company, Dover Corporation. The Dover Foundation helps to support not-for-profit organizations, causes and/or projects that benefit the local communities in which its operating companies are located. The Inpro/Seal family contributed to the cause through charitable giving, sponsorships and on-site events.

“This year’s record donation is a direct result of the relationships we have developed with our customers, vendors and corporate partners across our business,” said Tim Sexton, Vice President and General Manager of Inpro/Seal. “I am excited to have the opportunity to work with Aspire for this event and look forward to continuing that relationship and seeing what we can accomplish next year.”

In the past four VIP Charity Golf Tournaments, Inpro/Seal and Aspire have raised over $50,000 to support the non-profit’s enterprises, including Aspire Kids, Aspire Careers and Aspire Living.

For 50 years, Aspire has provided high-quality, personalized services to more than 1,000 kids and adults with developmental disabilities living in the Chicagoland area.
