Integrated metal detector

DETECTION and separation of metal impurities has been made simple and reliable with the integrated metal detector from Poly-clip System. The IMD detects and separates metal impurities in pumped, liquefied and pasty products. The impurities can be ported-out directly via a valve or via the filling horn. Connected via a compressed air coupling and an electrical bus line, this detector is directly integrated in the meat and sausage stuffing. There are no bothersome cable solutions - the metal detector is part of the automatic double-clipper. The particularly strong porting-out valve can operate only if the line is completely assembled, so that it is impossible to reach into the valve. Completely new and unique is the possibility to insert blue test specimens directly into the product flow in a simple manner. This ensures that the reliability of the metal detector can be demonstrated and that it can be checked where the contaminant is ported out. This means an extremely high degree of safety.
