Acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer	0.30
Glyceryl stearate citrate	2.50

Phase B

Sodium hydroxide, 30%	0.50
Phase D
Elhibin PF (Centerchem/DSM Pentapharm)	3.00
Procedure
Weigh out phase A and phase B. (Oil phase should go in beaker large enough for entire batch size). Heat phase A and phase B separately to 70-75u00b0C. Add hase B to phase A under moderate mixing. Mix until uniform. Begin cool down. At 50u00b0C, add phase C with continued mixing. At 40u00b0C, add phase D. Continue mixing until uniform.
