INTERMACH 2016 opens its doors

In a bid to show the industry revolution 4.0 model for supporting Thailand as the hub of high technology sophisticated industries.

The event is expected to draw more than 45,000 visitors with target to match at least 5,000 pair of businesses worth together about 8 billion bhatt. At the event, over 150 items of new innovations have been displayed in Thailand and Asean for the very first time. 

Industry Minister Atchaka Sibunruang said that the INTERMACH & SUBCON Thailand 2016 is expected to help shows in the country towards readiness for being the region's center of high technology and sophisticated industries, focusing on 10 industrial clusters. The event will also help support the government's industry 4.0 and Thailand 4.0 model to ensure strong growth and sustainable for all technology.

The 10 clusters included next-generation automotive, smart electronics, affluent medical and wellness tourism, agriculture and biotechnology, food for the future, robotics, avaiation and logistics, bio-fuels and biochemical, digital, and medical hub.

"This year event has the answers Thai industry needs. It provides opportunity for enterprenuers to inspect the latets technology and innovation that can help enhance production efficiency, look for new business opportunities, adopt new innovation such as automation system, and internet of things electric appliances for increasing business competitiveness and value-added for the products," Atchaka said.
