And they couldn’t come at a better time – just as the government plans to invest some US $2.3 billion to finance 22 major infrastructure projects around the country.
The projects will cover telecommunications, electricity and construction, with $646 million to be spent on agriculture, financial and industrial projects in the first year – 2013-2014.
