International meat industry to meet in May 2010

2010 is an IFFA year. This leading international trade fair for the meat industry will be opening its doors in Frankfurt am Main from May 8 to 13. All national and international market leaders have already signed up, and some 900 companies from 47 countries will present their new products over a floor area of more than 100,000 square meters. Around 60,000 trade visitors from 125 different countries are expected. The exhibits are divided into clearly defined areas: slaughtering and cutting/jointing, processing, ingredients, packaging, conveying and handling, cooling, storage, transport, food safety and quality management. A further exhibition area presents 搒ales ?everything you need for the specialist wholesale and retail business? Equally unique, manufacturers create their new products to coincide with IFFA and show their market-ready innovations for the first time at the meat event.
