INTERPACK 2017, the international flagship trade fair of the packaging sector and related processing industries, is now accepting registrants.
Interested companies in the food, beverage, confectionery, bakery products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, nonfood consumer goods, industrial goods, and associated services are welcome to join the fair, which will run from 4 to 10 May 2017.
A platform for complete value chains, interpack encompasses processes and machines for the packaging and processing of packaged products and packaging materials, packaging means, and their production, and services.

The May 2014 interpack attracted 175,000 experts, 84% of which were involved in decision-making processes in their respective companies. Eighty-three percent of exhibitors said they had acquired new customers. Surveyed visitors generally expressed satisfaction about the last show, and 97% said they would recommend the trade fair.
The Components for Processing and Packaging section, which was launched during the 2014 event, will feature an overhauled concept and will be in a central location at the 2017 edition. Companies that supply drive, control and sensor equipment, products for industrial image processing, handling equipment, industrial software and communication, and complete automation systems for packaging machines can participate in the new Components section. Manufacturers and suppliers of machine parts, subassemblies, accessories, and peripheral equipment, and components and auxiliary materials for packaging means are likewise eligible to join the section.
The 2017 edition will not implement restrictions on company stand design. Registration within the same period as for interpack is possible at www.packaging-components.com.
