Jon Wai: Injection molding machine for teaspoon production

Bekum: Hydraulic blow molding machines
In the new machine series, HYBLOW, Bekum has improved and optimized the entire hydraulic design. For high and quick clamping force build-up, fully closed-loop controls for closing, calibration, and carriage movements, as well as axial wall thickness control are standard. The space-saving hydraulic unit is integrated into the machine frame with the valves on the machine side for easy maintenance. Advanced proportional control technology with a digital measuring system and axis controls ensures precise reproducibility of machine movements and short dry cycle times. Hydraulically driven calibration with highly accurate guidance and calibration force of 15 kN to 25 kN produces precisely shaped article necks and burr-free flash separation. At high parison speeds, the smooth and quick bobbing of the extruder keeps the parisons from piling up on the moulds and swinging.
