For the InterPlas, the company is exhibiting its EAC - Electronically Adjustable Pelletiser. The EAC pelletiser maximises blade and die face life by automatically monitoring, positioning and adjusting the blades. It uses the Gala PLC control system to monitor and adjust processes, whilst an optional integrated blade position measuring system indicates blade position and the need to change blades. Automated blade advance and minimum operator supervision are addition benefits of the EAC pelletiser.
