TAIWAN-At this year’s IPF Japan, Fong Kee International Machinery Co.Ltd. showcases its latest model of Accumulator Head Blow Moulding Machine, the FK/ABI-125GLK1515, which is designed specially for the production of large items, such as door, table, water butt, etc.

The system consists of the following:

-Grooved feeder extruder for ultra molecular weight HDPE or Polypropylene.

-Extruder height adjustable by motor.

-Melt pressure and thermo gauge for extruder.

-Spiral die head design for easy color change.

-Two separate power pack for injection and mold clamp system.

-Directional proportional value for clamp opening and closing.

-Robot arm to take articles out of clamp area.

-Pneumatic components of Festo brand.

-Multi process control system with 100 points parison system.
