Irregular can seamer

THE automatic irregular can seamer with clincher, S-M446, is specially designed for irregular can closing. The filled can is fed forward through a timing screw and a turret to meet with end. A clinching chuck and two clinching rollers push food down and clip the end and can body together. Then, the clinched can is carried by a turret and chain to enter seaming station. A lifter plate lifts the can up and four seaming rollers undertake the seaming operation.

An individual seaming cam controls each seaming arm and a copy disc guides roller turns accordingly. The simple structure assures easy operation and maintenance whilst multiple safety devices as well as a concise seaming head with adjustable chuck set make seaming quality meet international standards.
