Visitors can look forward to new ideas at the ISM in Cologne, Germany. Just to rouse the curiosity, they will see an interactive chocolate and a chocolate tree that 'connects'.
Premium continues to be a convincing instrument in the chocolate sector: One supplier is presenting hand-scooped chocolate containing 23-carat gold flakes, edible silver, carefully dried fruits, candied blossoms, nuts and spices. From Belgium we will see rings that are decorated with chocolate figures, which look very pretty and taste delicious.
Sustainably produced confectionery is also an important theme for many consumers. A host of fair trade products are on offer. One example: Chocolate bearing a personal message manufactured by a company from Austria. A message can be left inside the envelope of the small bars of chocolate. Produced with loving care by disabled people, artists subsequently lend the items their individual flair. Like this company, many others also consciously operate in a sustainable manner.
Biscuits from Northern Germany are said to generate happiness since they communicate a wide smile and a positive message.
Small, compact cake specialities in a practical dish originate from Thüringen, Germany, where trendy cake recipes are manufactured following artisan tradition.
Snacking with a good conscience: A Swiss company will be presenting sweets and fruit gums made of selected natural ingredients, which promote good looks while at the same time improving one's figure. Icelandic chocolate containing fruits and protein improve one's well-being and strengthen the immune system. There are also treats for people, who follow a vegan diet, i.e. vegan mini marshmMujer
