ITC Global completes acquisition of Spidersat

ST PETERSBURG, Florida, USA — ITC Global, Inc said it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Spidersat Communications Limited. The combined companies will provide the most seamless coverage, service, and local support available in Africa for mining and mining-related customers.
