Jainnher marks 30th anniversary with predictions of growth

Located in Taiwan, Jainnher Machine Co.  Ltd  is well- known for its centreless grinding technology  by both local and international customers in the metalworking industry. Recently, the company celebrated its 30th anniversary, and International Metalworking News for Asia (IMNA) spoke to Sales Manager for Export Department, Mr. William Lee about the company’s strategy, projects, and expectations towards its mid-term and long-term development around the global market.

IMNA: What it your mid-term and long term strategies on operation?

Mr. Lee: We keep our steps tight in development and research. As our debut in the early years, we produced centerless grinders and now we  have already developed a wide variety of grinders with marvellous quality, NC/CNC control such as centerless grinders, cylindrical grinders, NC/ CNC internal grinders, center hole grinders, and double spindle types. These five main categories are well known by our customers, and mark our capability in R&D. We are now working even more enthusiastically in our research program for more types and innovations. For instance, CNC machine is the irresistible trend in machine tools industry, so we will delve into this computer numerical field profoundly. Jainnher set the annual goal that at least one new grinder be innovated, produced and promoted. For our long term project, we want to move towards high-end applications in the future. Regarding to mid-term program, we will enhance our competence in customisation for our international and domestic buyers around the world. They come from different backgrounds and have different needs about grinding, so our mid-term goal is to develop the company’s  potentiality in various applications.

 
IMNA: How you achieve these goals since it sounds challenging.

Mr. Lee: The center of a company is man power, and brain is the core of men. As a result, we recognise intelligent man power as the fundamental issue of this upgrading program. Jainnher is a corporation founded and now rooted deeply in Taiwan Island, so that we must move forward fostering our own local talents  for a permanent purpose. If we can have a steady manpower resource with excellent skills and talents, our company can thus build our new era. This is the most important key to success and real expansion. Once this condition is sufficed then many of our goals and even dreams are feasible. We may OEM for other foreign  manufacturers, or we may have some other technological exchanges with other companies based on our bounteous resources.Taiwanese corporations like us must find our own way to foster local men power, including skilful workers,talented engineers, sophisticated  managers, and many others. The world changes rapidly, and the only way to stand still is to keep your muscles strong.
 
IMNA: Tell us more about your products’selling in the market?

Mr. Lee: For the double spindle grinder, the selling in Mainland China, Southeast Asia, and East Europe is pretty good. Those markets accept our design and innovation and we export two to three to these areas per month. This double spindle is a newly developed  machine,  so we are going to promote it around the world. We hope that not only the above mentioned three areas but the whole world accepts our excellent products.

Inside the market of South East Asia, we have good operation in both Indonesia and Thailand, both of them grows in a huge scale. And now Philippine is growing, too, though not soNike Jordan Super Fly 5
