President and CEO, Thomas W. Giacomini is new chairman of the board

JBT Corporation Board of Directors has elected Thomas W. Giacomini as chairman, replacing Charles H. Cannon, Jr., who retired as executive chairman on 13 May 2014. Mr Giacomini is currently the president and CEO of JBT. The Board also confirmed the executive management team reporting to Mr Giacomini, as follows:

Brian A. Deck – EVP, CFO and treasurer
David C. Burdakin – EVP and president, JBT AeroTech
James L. Marvin – EVP, General Counsel and Secretary
Mark K. Montague – EVP, Human Resources
Steve R. Smith – EVP and president, JBT FoodTech
