 Joson-Care Enterprise was established in 2000, which concentrated on local sales and repair affairs. In order to provide better quality and sustain the innovation of its products, a new factory was built in 2004. Furthermore, the "Joson-Care" brand was then used in the hospital bed industry. In 2007, after many years of hard work, Joson-Care Enterprise finally had its own full product line. Ten years after, in late 2010, Joson-Care Enterprise has already passed the ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, CE, FDA, and 93/42EEC:2007 strict requirements—these exact quality-control systems are the best evidence for its product quality. Also, the company now officially uses the "Joson-Care" brand in the international market. Last year, the affairs of export were steadily increasing, at a percentage of 48.3%, and even caught up with the local sales amount.
Joson-Care Enterprise's main sales areas are South America, the Middle East, Europe, and the whole of Asia. This year, the company completed the upgrade of the MDD 93/42EEC:2007, which is the latest standard release. New products include the new emergency stretcher, which has ability for full-length X-ray and new overbed table.

Main Products
Our R&D and manufacturing departments have more than 15 years of experience in the construction of hospital beds. Depending on the level of the hospital room and the different functions of the hospital bed, our beds can be put into four categories: (a) 02 and 08 Series for stable/general wards and long-term care wards, (b) 05 Series for first wards, (c) 96 Series for ICU, and (d) Stretcher for emergencies. We are now working on the production of heavy-duty beds, bariatrics bed, and full-function stretchers.
Nowadays, the demands of the function of hospital beds are increasing. More and more options are requested and created, such as central locking system, Trendelenburg, CPR, ACP, auto chair function, and weight scale. The models of side rail we have are full length in one-piece side rail, four pieces side rail, and drop-down four pieces side rail.
Our products are of stable quality and easy to fix and replace and have all parts processed by molding.

Our Factory
Our factory has a total measure of 2645 m2: indirect units at 132 m2, warehouse at 661 m2, and production line at 1851 m2. There are two production lines with 38 employees. The main facilities include the first production line (30 m), second production line (10 m), mechanical arm, pneumatic and electric equipment, inspection equipment, and test equipment. The first production line is tasked to fabricate the hospital beds, the second production line is to fabricate the stretchers, and the mechanical arms are for welding the frame of the hospital beds. The electrical system, side rail, head/foot board, and sleeping surface board are made by our subcontractor, but all of the molds are made by us. The motor, casters, and powder coating are outsourced.
The maximum capacity of our factory is up to 600 beds per month but flexible for each order. We also accept customized order from our customers all over the world. In 2008 and 2009, we reached the target of 5000 beds for overseas and domestic sales; in 2009, the overseas sales equaled the domestic sales.

Quality Control
We follow the specifications of ISO 13485, and each inspection makes sure that our products are 100% certified by ISO 13485.
