Juguang Machine & Mould: Moving a step forward to being an industry leader

Juguang Machine & Mould Industry Company is a manufacturing enterprise producing PET two-step semi-automatic blow moulding machines, PET manual billet automatic bottle-making machines, PET computerized fully-automatic blow-moulding machines, PE/PP/PVC hollow blow-moulding machines and other products. At the recently concluded Chinaplas 2012, the company exhibited its main product, the hot filling fully automatic blow-moulding machine. It is the most advanced machine in the domestic hot-fill segment, not only being highly efficient but also because of its excellent performances even in high temperature, which can satisfy the market demand for hot-filling machines. Nowadays, functional beverage varieties are becoming more natural without preservative so the bottles should be able to tolerate up about 80oC or higher temperature to ensure that the beverage products achieve high temperature aseptic filling.  The JG-4C2LRF series blow-moulding machine can meet this demand, combined with unique technology and formula combination of raw materials. It can produce high-temperature resistant plastic bottles full automatically and efficiently.

Mr. Zhang indicated that as one of the largest suppliers of blow-moulding machines, Juguang has excellent facilities like its advanced CNC machine centres. “Using the latest CAD/CAE/CAM system, we can provide our customers with a one-stop solution,” according to Mr. Zhang. Moreover, Juguang is extremely concerned about the changing market, always trying to move ahead of its peers, and committed to becoming an industry leader. 

Currently, in addition to foreign countries and Taiwan which can provide highly  automated hot-fill blow-moulding machines, there is still very few manufacturers in China that can produce high-speed fully automatic hot-fill blowing machine. “We have received good feedback since the launch last year. Although our machine models still need to cope with the trends towards low-energy consumption, we are working hard to develop and launch a new generation of hot-fill blow-moulding machines that will soon be in the market. These machines will hopefully solve the issues on energy consumption, whilst being more efficient and provide for more material savings,” according to Mr. Zhang.
 
With Juguang actively expanding its domestic market, the move beyond borders to explore overseas markets will continue. “We have set up representative offices in South America, as we aim to promote our outstanding products and expand our reach in the global plastics industry,” Mr. Zhang added.
