Bielloni Converting seizes the opportunity of this very important event to present its brand new TELIA

MAXI FSC at Hall 16 Booth A05/A17. The Telia  MAXI FSC is capable of making in less than 5 minutes a complete  job change with less than 10 metres of waste material.

Numerous innovations of the new Telia  Maxi FSC are: 

> maximum printing speed up to 500 m/min

> maximum print repeat up to 1.100 mm

> the new between colour drying system which grants high efficiency and fast maintenance, thanks to the 4-air blade system.

> the new fully automatic wash up system with integrated viscosity control . 

> The evolution of the FSC system for the automatic pre-setting of the printing pressures during the

job set-up phase

> the new drying bridge which grants optimum drying performances at very high speed and reduced

energy consumption thanks to the revolutionary design of the dual-flux air exchanger.

> The  integration  on  the  work  station  of  the  Ink  flow  management  system,  for  the  continuous

automatic control of the pressure and quantity of the inks inside the inking chambers 

Also  the  Telia  Maxi  FSC    is  equipped  with  the  internationally  patented  “FSC  system”  which  allows  the supports to open without overturning them; the operator, after locking the system, by the simple pulling of a mechanical lever, unlocks the supports and let them slide sideways.
