K 2013: Co-extrusion blow molding machine from Full Shine (Taiwan)

The FS-65HDSTV Co-extrusion Blow Molding Machine is based on energy-saving concept and co-extrusion double die head design; carriage movement with German linear slide-way with YUKEN-Japan servo drive system, incorporating with the special brake system, for the stable, swift and precise carriage performance. Mold clamping is with the new-version design of column slide bars for better clamping force.

FS-65HDSTV features double die heads for 3-layer co-extrusion plus view stripe feature. Extruder is driven by the German direct-mounted gearbox motor with Japanese inverter control.  Carriage movement and open-close mold are under the servo motor control system from YUKEN, Japan, which can efficiently save the energy consumption around 40-60% during the waiting time.

Show machine also installs the auto deflashing device and auto recycling system, as the complete production. Full Shine H-series Blow Molding Machinery has the long-term concept to connect to the future production system, such as auto neck cutting, auto leak testing, IML system or sticker labeling process, filling and capping process. This machinery is with the concept of offering user-friendly design, easy operation, durability and less maintenance.
