Tianjin HENGRUI: Barrier sheet line
The first barrier plastic sheet line in the Chinese market is produced successfully by HENGRUI in 2001. To date, the company has 15 years of experience in the line. On exhibit at K 2016 is the latest barrier sheet machine, which was delivered to a customer this year. The line can produce PP/PS high barrier sheet, with recycled materials possible and 5 extruders to realise 7-layer sheet. The feed block comes with a special design to assure no EVOH/ADH in the edge materials. Sheet thickness ranges from 0.6-3mm, and maximum capacity of 300-1500kg/hr. The unit is online with German thermoforming machine. The end products are mainly used in food, medicine and cosmetic packaging.

Chyi Yang: Co-extrusion blown film machine
Chyi Yang developed a 3-Layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film Machine. It cooperated with Italian company, SYCRO, to produce main parts including IBC, 3-layer co-extrusion die, air ring, automatic width & thickness controller. The internal bubble control (IBC) is available for film cooling and increasing output. Film width is set up by touch screen instead of manual operation. To counter oil price increases, Chyi Yang uses automatic thickness and width control to control the difference range between ±5% to save on resin cost. The air ring is moveable up-and-down moveable in order to improve the cooling when you run high speed. There are 48 points in air ring to adjust the thickness automatically. The extruders range from 65mm to 90mm, equipped with motor 75HP,  and 100HP & 75HP. The max. film width is 1500mm withcapacity of about 8.4 tons per day.
