Both the 4,000 kN toggle-type clamping unit and the size 2100 electric injection unit have been newly developed for this machine.

Beck Automation presents a highly dynamic automated IML system to the manufacturing cell. The modular cell raises the bar in speed, availability and process reliability in IML automation. The application cycle time is less than 3.0 seconds. Beck's system is equipped with the latest in control and drive technology. It is operated by touch screen. An integrated remote access provides the option to log into the system from outside in order to provide cost-efficient and fast customer assistance when required.

BOBST: Printing and converting machines
BOBST shows its advanced range of technology and process solutions for flexible materials printing and converting . Bonmart: 8-colour printing, coating & drying machine
Bonmart has over 25 years of experience in providing whole plant equipment for cosmetic PE tubes. The printing speed of its PCD-80-08H-RE(UV) is 100~120 pcs/min. It enables convenient tool change and can easily and rapidly produce tube in various sizes. The printing diameter suits from 16 to 60 mm tubes with general lacquer or UV lacquer by copper, zinc or resin printing plate; maximum printing length is 200mm. Some other features of PCD-80-08H-RE(UV) include: double transferring rollers design, plate wheel outer fine-tune mechanism, quick release ink rollers, printing wheel clean system (200 mm dischargeable), and many others.
