Outstanding plastics and rubber products, raw material, and technologies will gather under one roof, together with the exhibits of leading brands from around the world. The organizers, Korea E & Ex Inc. and Korea Plastics Processing Machine Industry Cooperative will host KOPLAS 2013 from March 12 – 16, 2013 at KINTEX exhibition center in Goyang, South Korea. The exhibition is supported by government organizations .
This is the 22nd edition of KOPLAS. Since 1981, KOPLAS has been held concurrently with International Korea Mold & Die Show (INTERMOLD KOREA 2013), as well as Heating, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration and Fluid Exhibition (HARFKO Show 2013). Hosting these three co-located shows will present the most attractive opportunity to explore the Korean market and for local companies to be introduced to the world market as the show has been recording a growing number of international and local visitors/buyers.
Korean plastics have been known to have followed the trends of advanced IT and eco-friendly technologies. The industry has dedicated itself to the development of sophisticated technologies and products aimed at the vast global market. This year, KOPLAS has registered 303 exhibitors from 24 countries and with concurrent exhibits, this would total 848 exhibitors from 28 countries and 3,000 booths to occupy 53,541 sqm of exhibition space. Over 75,000 domestic and global visitors are expected to view the exhibits.
Main exhibits at KOPLAS 2013 will be raw materials and auxiliary materials, semi-finished and finished products, processing machinery, post processing machinery, molds and dies, ancillary equipment, parts and meter, test and measuring equipment as well as packaging and printing machinery.
To support the both international visitors and buyers, KOPLAS offers the free interpretation service as each English, Japanese, and Chinese at the venue.
