Kung Hsing brings latest blown film lines at Bangladesh show

A growing market like Bangladesh has been the focus of Kung Hsing in its bid to present its latest models of multi-layer co-extrusion high speed blown film line.  At the IPF 2014 - The 9th Bangladesh Int'l Plastics Packaging Printing Industry Exhibition, which takes place on 20 – 23 February at the BICC, Bangabandhu International Conference Center, the company will introduce the many advantages of its blown film line which has attracted the interest of customers internationally.

In particular, the five-layer co-extrusion blown film line has been an ideal solution for the production of barrier films, lamination film, VCI film, food packaging film, Industrial packaging film, FFS, heat shrinkable film and agriculture film. The company offers complete five-layer blown film extrusion line for the processing of HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, mPE, EVA, PP, PA, EVOH, blends and recycled material. Extruder sizes range from ?50mm、?55mm and ?65mm.

The blown film line features automatic controlled dual lip air ring, internal bubble cooling system (i.b.c.), gravimetric gain-in-weight batch blender with extrusion control system, electric tension control, edge position control, and 360 degree thickness measurement system.
