KUNG HSING demonstrates strengths of 5-layer co-extrusion line

Kung Hsing Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd  presents its five-layer co-extrusion blown film line at this week’s TaipeiPlas. The machine can take PE, mPE, EVOH and PA. Core features of it include a gravimetric gain-in weight batch blender, an auto thickness profile control, an IBC computer control system, a 360 degree thickness profile measurement with oscillating rail, a horizontal oscillating take-up unit and a back-to-back automatic surface type winding unit.  

In addition, the machine has a high efficient internal and external cooling system. The machine is targeted for high end users. Mr. Kun Lin Cai, Vice President of the company, says: “We adopt a new pricing strategy and so we can still make good sales even though the global economy is uncertain, especially in Europe due to its economic conditions.” In addition, the company looks for other markets, such as Southeast Asia, where the demand for machinery is still high. Competitors are from Italy but now “our technology is as good as they are. The products of KUNG HSING always have a better performance-price ratio than others,” Mr. Cai adds.
