LASKA, a developer and manufacturer of special-purpose machines and automated production lines for the food industry, will participate in IFFA 2016 to present its diverse range machines including cutting and grinding equipment.
For the first time, LASKA will showcase the LASKA Vacuum Emulsifier, which uses a patented and award winning cutting system first introduced in the company's successful NanoCutter series.
The two speed phase universal mincer, the Super Grinder WWB 300-2 brings remarkable improved performance both for handling deep frozen meat blocks at temperatures down to -25 degrees Celsius. It can also be used for processing fresh meat, hence it is an essential do-everything heavy-duty worker for production lines that deal with large throughputs.

An automated production line cuts energy use, and optimizes the process
The tried-and-tested LASKA SuperCutter PLUS series, comprising 2001 to 7501, now features operating elements that make it more ergonomic and easy to use. It also comes with better cutting features.
The award-winning automatic Filling Station for E2 boxes will also be presented at IFFA for the first time. The machine is used to take minced material via a conveyor belt directly into the hopper of the machine. The minced meat is then filled automatically into evenly sized E2 boxes and transported onwards.
LASKA will also demonstrate its fine emulsion line and a minced meat production line at stand G 32 of hall 8.0. These automated production lines cut resource consumption, save energy and assure an optimal production process.
Established in 1880, LAKSA is now led by the fifth generation family. About 98 percent of its products are exported to more than 140 countries.
IFFA, a platform and trade fair for the meat industry, takes place from 7-12 May Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
