LEIBINGER upgrades JET3 with second product counter

TUTTLINGEN, Germany – Inkjet specialist Paul LEIBINGER has upgraded the software of its high-end inkjet printer JET3 with a second product counter. This feature, which makes the efficiency and/or workload of different production situations evident, is now available for free to all JET3 users.

“The well-known food brand requires the second product counter to gain an overview of the efficiency and performance of its single shifts,” explains Alexander Deuchert, sales director, Inkjet. The first product counter counts the total daily production and is only set back to 0 at the end of the day. The second counter records the product output of every single shift. This counter is manually reset after each shift, and the production volume is documented in a list for later evaluation. This system offers precise day- and shift-specific information can easily be recorded and analysed.

The integration of the second production counter is LEIBINGER’s quick response to the needs of its customers, says Mr Deuchert.  “We can provide customers of the food industry with a practical solution tailored to their specific requirements promptly,” said Mr Deuchert.
