Lohia to stress benefits of latest circular loom to China market

nova 61 is a 6 shuttle circular loom from Lohia Corporation.To be presented to the China market during CHINAPLAS 2016, the machine is designed to weave PP/HDPE plastic, and fabric having working width (double flat) 70 to 120 cm. The woven fabric is used for various applications like packing of cones in textile industry, bale wrapping, husk/cattle feed packing, cement in PP/paper coated bags etc.

The tension of warp tapes is regulated by load cell controlled positive warp in-feed system, which controls the speed of inlet rollers during weaving as per set tension. The fabric winder also has a load cell assisted drive to ensure uniform winding tension of the fabric throughout the roll buildup.

Lohia's nova series represents a new generation of looms for weaving tubular or flat fabric from PP/HDPE tapes. Available in two configurations of 6 and 10 shuttles, these looms offer solutions for weaving light weight as well as dense fabrics, of varying widths and a wide variety of end applications.
