LUXE PACK SHANGHAI 2013: Hitting Another Record

LUXE PACK SHANGHAI, the leading trade fair for high-end product packaging in Asia, was held at the Shanghai Convention Center on the 23 and 24 April and was a record year for the fair with 6.5% more visitors and 32% more exhibitors.

LUXE PACK SHANGHAI’s 6^th year broke its previous records:

- 121 exhibitors, corresponding to an increase of 32% against 2012; 70% Asian and 30% from the rest of the world.  In all, 13 countries were represented.40% were exhibiting for the first time. 

- 3,036 visitors came to the fair which is an increase of 6.5% against 2012. Buyers came from China, Taiwan, Hong-Kong, Japan,Korea, India, Singapore, France, and the USA.

LUXE PACK SHANGHAI 2013 events

The very popular and hugely anticipated 2013 LUXE PACK in green award was awarded to ZRP PRINTING GROUP for its folding box design.  This design reduces the material used by two thirds and the production cycle as no gluing operations are required also making recycling easier. This structure is not only more practical to package the product but also allows greater flexibility in product presentation creating an enjoyable consumer experience.

The jury was constituted of Damien Parenteau, Purchasing and Development Director of CHANEL CHINA, Cécile Lochard, founder of Citizen Luxury, Lawrence Law, CEO of JOHNNIE WALKER HOAir Huarache Run Ultra BR
