LycoRed partners with distributor Shanghai Lithy Foods

SHANGHAI – As part of its expansion plans in China, LycoRed teamed up with Shanghai Lithy Foods Material Co., Ltd., a leading distributor of botanical extracts and nutrient pharmaceuticals for dietary supplements. The multi-million US dollar contract, signed on the 3rd of September, will give LycoRed access to the distribution channels in the local nutraceuticals industry and to particular market segments.

Lyc-O-Mato? seminar
On October 21, 2012, LycoRed will host its first Shanghai Seminar, with speeches on Lyc-O-Mato? by prominent overseas academicians. Lyc-O-Mato, a natural tomato lycopene complex is extracted from phytonutrient-rich tomatoes and is the ideal solution for natural lycopene fortification and natural red colouring of foods and beverages. Speakers will include Prof Esther Paran, who will present her latest findings on natural tomato lycopene complex and vascular health, and Prof Joseph Levy and Prof Yoav Sharoni.who will speak on lycopene and its impact on health based on their research.
