Marel to showcase meat processing machines at ProPak Asia

Marel Food Systems Ltd will showcase its processing machines, including high-precision meat portioning machines, at ProPak Asia. The company will be on Hall 102 AL31.

The I-Cut 130 Portion cutter is designed for high-value portioning of meat, and is suitable for different throughputs.  The machine cuts fresh deboned meat into fixed weight and/or fixed length portions. Different cutting patterns are displayed real-time, allowing users to change or adapt cutting programs during production.

The I-Cut 130 can calculate the optimum cut in a given situation. High value cuts can be prioritised and orders controlled. Its laser and mirror vision system, and processing software provide superior programming flexibility and a variety of specialised cutting patterns, guarantee accuracy and optimum usage of raw materials, with minimal giveaway, says Marel.

The I-Cut 130 also integrates well with other Marel equipment for optimised cutting and batching. This ensures meat processors can operate more efficiently, increasing output and enhancing factory-wide sustainability.
