The two-storey booth set up by Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG caught the attention of numerous delegates to IFFA 2013, the international exhibition for the global meat industry held from 4–9 May, 2013 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. On the 800m2 booth, Seydelmann exhibited nearly their entire machinery programme, including cutters, grinders, mixers, emulsifiers as well as an entire production line. Visitors were impressed by the wide range of individual solutions, and particularly interesting to them were the 1000-litre vacuum-/cooking-cutter K 1004 AC-8, the Universal Grinder AU 200 U, and the new Mixer-Grinder MRV 2500.

The Universal Grinders AU 200 U is introducing a new generation of grinders. It effortlessly reduces fresh meat, frozen meat blocks, cooked meat, and other food products whatever the consistency and temperature, without changing the working worm or cutting set.
