Mate Precision Tooling was founded in 1962 and was originally located in Anoka, Minnesota, which is the leading manufacturer of original and replacement tooling for Amada, Euromac, LVD-Strippit, Murata Wiedemann, PrimaPower and Trumpf punch presses.

Mate has two manufactures in the whole world; they are located in the United States and Germany. For the past five decades, Mate has led the industry in quality, price, delivery and service. Mate's products and services are aimed at just one thing: helping customers produce sheet metal parts as productively and efficiently as possible.

Mate’s product engineering team currently holds several national and international patents and continues to develop products that push the boundaries of manufacturing technology. We work closely with the world’s leading sheet metal fabricators and punch press manufacturers conducting research and evaluating new products. These partnerships bring to Mate a combined effort to continually offer customers superior products with proven solutions.

Mate has over 80 dealers providing products and services in every industrialized country, who are thoroughly trained to assist with all tooling needs from simple hole punching to complex special applications. Today, approximately 50% percent of Mate’s revenue has come from outside the United States.
