Meat cart updated for ease of use, safe operation

IT MAY be a simple redesign, but changing the handle of an old reliable meat cart makes a difference for those who will be using it.

We’re talking about the Buggy silent meat cart from RPC Sæplast which now comes with a polyethylene and fully recyclable handle. The Smart Handle offers better ergonomics and safer operation, according to RPC.

The new Smart Handle slots vertically into the existing handles at the back of the Buggy.  This increases the height of the handle, making it even easier to move the Buggy around and allowing operators to remain upright.

The Buggy which is designed to carry wet and dry meats and a wide variety of other food products, is manufactured to the German standard DIN9797 and its low weight (22kg) ensures easy handling, while a pointed slope directs the outflow of product.

The cart’s triple-wall polyethylene design and one-piece construction is able to withstand harsh conditions and rough handling for long-term reliability.

Finally, it’s not called silent for nothing. The Buggy reduces noise compared to the more traditional stainless steel variants.

It also comes in a choice of four colors so customers can code Buggies for different areas of production.
