Non-contact optical precision measuring

The Vici Vision MTL 300Evo is a non-contact optical precision measuring machine for turned and cylindrical parts from Optical Gaging. Its comprehensive and ergonomic design is user-friendly and ease-to-use allows for efficient measurement. It versatile design allows the operator to correct their shop-floor machine’s CNC tools in real time and reduces the quantity of rejected pieces. Measurement includes both static and dynamic (rotation) whereby run-out, circularity, roundness, cylindricity, angular timing are measured, without the necessity to change gauges or tool adjustment. The MTL also permits control of parts up to 1250mm (model MTL1250Ergon) without manual setting interventions; this ensures significant savings in production time. 

Benchtop metrology

OGP SmartScope ZIP 250 sets a high standard in benchtop metrology. This durable system features fast speed stage for maximum throughput and short cycle times, without sacrificing accuracy. Design with a heavy duty cast base with Y-axis centre drive assures metrological stability. SmartScope ZIP 250 is available with an optional 300 mm of X-axis travel.
