The Multi-Application Sensor System (MASS) technology available in ACCURA II offers users the option of using and quickly exchanging all available ZEISS sensors to suit different application needs. This enables you to exchange between high-speed scanning and optical probing on the ACCURA system.

High grade ceramic and carbon fiber materials provide the correct stiffness that is needed for fast and accurate scanning. The completely enclosed X-axis, the only in its class, reduces service and maintenance costs. All ACCURA models are equipped with a highly effective vibration isolation system. The ergonomic design of the workstation, the integrated control panel, and the hidden cable routing provide an optimum work environment.
