METTLER Toledo Process Analytics Division has released a cost calculator for sodium analyzers. Designed to provide the true annual operating cost of an analyzer in a variety of currencies, the product delivers comprehensive information for a more educated decision on analyzer selection.

Monitoring sodium contamination in high-purity water is necessary across a variety of applications and industries. Besides the capital cost of the instrument, the annual operating cost must be considered when evaluating analyzers for monitoring purposes.

The annual operating cost covers the consumables and labor costs, which sometimes exceed the actual analyzer cost and are therefore substantial investment over the life of the device.
