Metalworking, sheet metal working machines

HANS KLEIN Werkzeugmaschinen- Handel GmbH was founded in 1967 by Mr. Hans Klein. The company is situated in Southwest of Germany, about 170km from Frankfurt and about 110km from Stuttgart. The product range includes: equipment for metal-cutting and metal-forming operating, sheet metal working machines, boring and drilling machines, automatic and standard lathes, milling machines, planing machines presses , grinding machines, saws, gear cutting machines, and various other machines, CNC and conventional.

Şahinler Metal Makina Endustri AS produces 3 and 4 Roll hydraulic plate bending machines, section, bending rolls, hydraulic steelworkers and punching machines, hydraulics presses. Şahinler is one of the most experienced companies in its field in Turkey besides represented all over the world with its dealers. About 8% of the production is for export sales and 20% is for local market. All over machines are suitable for CE regulations and ISO 9001-2000 certificate. Sahinler machines will be exhibited at SAYES Factories Equip. & Machinery Trading L.L.C. stand.

Retro systems, CNC plasma

Retro Systems manufactures an extensive product line of CNC plasma, oxy-fuel and waterjet cutting tables. Its machines are built with reliable off the shelf components to ensure our customers the lowest possible cost of ownership.

Retro Systems HORNET Beam Cutter is designed to cut profiles in the side wall of structural beams and tubing. The machine shown offers length from 8ft to 40ft. At 1,000IPM (25m/min), the HORNET Beam Cutter moves from end to end of a 96 tube in 5.75 seconds. Four inch diameter (4) holes are cut in 2.9 seconds @ 260 IPM @ 100 Amps. Plasma torch lifters are available with strokes from 6" to 13.7" (150mm to 350mm). Support table heights can be altered to accommodate tubing of varying sizes. The Ohmic and initial height sensing plasma torch height control finds the metal surface before each arc start making set up for different size tubes a snap. Retro Systems machines will be exhibited at Sayes Machinery stand.

Italian-based NUOVA CMM will for the first time exhibit a beam welding line at SteelFab. As a part of the Kahrl & Wiemann group stand .This is expected to be major attraction at the show.
