Metalworking
CeMAT ASIA 2013 will gather more excellent brands, advanced products and corporate clients, further promote the global purchasing interaction, and provide the best interactive platform for global suppliers and buyers.

Logistics was once again highlighted in the country’s Planning Outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan (FYP) period (2011-2015), which noted that China will vigorously develop the modern logistics and speed up the building of a socialized, informationized and professional logistics system. China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) estimated that the country’s total sales of consumer goods and production materials will hit 32 trillion yuan($5.1 trillion) and 76 trillion yuan ($12.11 trillion) respectively in 2015, with an average annual growth of 15 percent and 16 percent for each. The rapid consumption growth will provide tremendous opportunities to the logistics sector and the
logistics equipment market. During the 12th FYP period, the logistics industry will usher in a new era of fast development.

E-commerce Market
The outlook for China’s online businesses will be positive in the next few years, as the MOC has set it as one of the major tasks of the 12th FYP goal. According to the “Commerce Development Tasks and Objectives for the 12th FYP” released by the MOC, the building of a modern circulation system, which consists of e-commerce, chain-store operation and modern logistics, will be the top priority of the Ministry by 2015.

Bulk Materials Field
The bulk materials such as electric power, coal and petrochemicals, will become the most potential field for the development of logistics and logistics equipment market. It is estimated that the total installed capacity of China’s power generating equipments will approach two billion KW by 2015. In 2013, the market demand for the equipment related with power generating field, which includes civil engineering, storage equipments and transport vehicles, will probably hit 4.02 billion yuan ($640.51 million), 19.64 percent higher than last year.

Intelligent Logistics
During the 12th FYP period, China will take great efforts in technical exploration of the logistics sector, including the visual logistics management system, real-time tracking, Internet-based distributed inventory management and inventory control, the dispatch and optimization of transportation system, logistics data management platform and software integration, and will probably make breakthroughs in some of those aspects.

Cold Chain Logistics
In order to promote the building of a food cold-chain logistics system, China has recently released a series of plans including the “Development Plan for Agricultural Food Cold-chain Logistics“ and the “Development Plan for Food Industry during the 12th FYP Period”. It is forecast that the market of cold storage facilities will grow 25 percent annually by 2015, to satisfy the increasing consumption market and food export. Compared with the modern standard storage market, cold storage has now been widely considered as one of the fastest growing sectors in China.

With huge market demand and business opportunities, both the global suppliers and buyers are seeking the most efficient communication platform. CeMAT ASIA 2013 will gather more excellent brands, advanced products and corporate clients, further promote the global purchasing interaction, and provide the best interactive platform for global suppliers and buyers.
