Moscow Trade Fair Trio: To set positive stimuli in the metalworking industry

There is general agreement among visitors and exhibitors at Metallurgy Litmash, Tube Russia and Aluminium/Non-Ferrous: the event was an unqualified success. Again, the trade fair trio confirmed its leading function as the most important platform for trade and business contacts in the metalworking and tube industries in Russia and its neighbours. Both exhibitors and visitors praised the high quality of this event for metal and tube processing and treatment. Over 320 exhibitors (21.8% more than in June 2011) from 27 countries occupied a net exhibition space of around 5,000 square metres (+24.8%compared with June 2011) and presented their latest products to 9,800 visitors.

Even during the trade fair itself it became clear that Russia and its immediate neighbours are among the regions with the greatest growth in the world. This was reflected in an unabated demand for high-calibre products from international manufacturers. Both in the short and medium term state-of-the-art technologies and suitable investments will be required for the renewal of existing equipment. Also, official national representations from Germany, Austria, Italy and China decided to rely on the strength and thrust of this market.

Metallurgy Litmash, Tube Russia and Aluminium / Non-Ferrous 2012 were supported by the Russian Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Russian Association of Metal Product Suppliers of the ITA (International Tube Association), AMAFOND (the Italian Foundry Machinery and Products Association), CECOF (the European Committee of Industrial Furnace and Heating Equipment Associations), CEMAFON (the European Foundry Equipment Suppliers Association), EUnited Metallurgy (the European Metallurgical Equipment Association), MC-CCPIT (Metallurgical Council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) and Expocentre. Experts from the most important associations such as ITA (International Tube Association) praised the trade fair trio Metallurgy Litmash, Tube Russia, Aluminium / Non-Ferrous as an ideal platform for making new contacts and developing existing partnerships.
