Eriez Magnetic Belt Conveyors utilize Erium? 25, an extremely powerful permanent magnetic material with a circuit designed and energized by Eriez. Components made all or partly of steel, including parts, stampings and containers, are held firmly and moved rapidly.

No side rails or side wipers are required because of the strong magnetic field which holds ferrous material on the center of the belt. Since sharp scrap or small pieces are kept from beneath the belt where they could cause belt damage, lost time due to jamming and manual handling is virtually eliminated.

Eriez Low-Profile Magnetic Belt Conveyors are an ideal choice in space-restricted areas. The 1-5/8 inch (41 mm) depth fits easily under dies and at the discharge of many production machines.

In addition to custom designs, three off-the-shelf standard lengths and four widths are available. Eriez Belt Conveyors feature a standard belt speed of 60 fpm (18.3 mpm) which can be varied by changing sprocket ratios.
