Optical high speed scanning system
Wenzel Asia will exhibit CORE-DS an optical high-speed scanning system, measuring at the speed of light. It is a suitable solution for the inspection of turbines blades, as well as other prismatic parts. With its very unique white light technology, CORE-DS can completely meet the high demand on efficiency of today’s manufacturing industry; it’s designed to synchronise the inspection and the production. High dynamic linear axis and multi rotary axis provide fast and accurate positioning of the optical sensor and the work piece. Direct measurement on shiny/dark surfaces distinguishes CORE-DS from other conventional optical measuring systems. Its large stand-off distance, as well as the high incident-angle tolerance ensures an optimal measuring accessibility to the work piece.
