This annual conference, in its fifth edition, provides an invaluable opportunity for SMEs in Singapore to explore business partnerships with leading manufacturers in the oil & gas, aerospace, medtech and complex equipment sectors – particularly with the rapid localisation of the manufacturing activities in this high growth region.
Local companies will benefit from a deeper insight of the trends, gaps and strategies to enable them to form cost-effective consortia for capabilities development, with the support from A*STAR, Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech), SPRING Singapore, Economic Development Board (EDB), IE Singapore, Singapore Precision Engineering & Tooling Association, Singapore Industrial Automation Association, Singapore Surface Engineering Association, Singapore Business Federation and Precision Engineering Centre of Innovation (PE COI).
At the conference, MNCs will also share some of the key localisation requirements and case studies.
The PE COI initiatives will also be shared to generate awareness of some of the key capabilities required, to enable local companies to confidently undertake higher precision and higher value manufacturing activities to meet stringent performance requirements.
More than 300 participants from the industry, government agencies and research community are expected to attend the event. Do register early to secure a complimentary seat.
