MTA Singapore: SSH Automation interview

Mr. Hng Chung Leng is Director of SS Automation.  He gives an introduction to his company and the Parts Feeding System.  SSH is established in 1990 and is known for its ability to deliver high quality products and reliable services.  The company prides itself on competitive prices and superior manufacturing capabilities.

In 2010, SSH reached an agreement with Hanshin and its subsidiaries to distribute parts feeder products in Southeast Asia.  The parts feeders are eco-friendly and economical.  The light, small controller is realized by building the boosting and insulating transformers in the vibrator.  It is safe and user-friendly because of the piezo electricity, with no heat generation or magnetism.

It is eco-friendly and economical because of the small power consumption of 1/20 to 1/30 compared with a electromagnetic feeder.  There is no need for leaf spring adjustment because of 110/220 vac dual specification.
