MTA Singapore: Visa application

The MTA2013 exhibition will be heldfrom 9 – 12 April (Tuesday to Friday) at Singapore Expo.  MTA is organized by Singapore ExhibitionServices Pte Ltd (SES). SES provides the following visa application informationfor the convenience of international visitors.

Please note that all visitors to Singapore must meet thefollowing entry requirements:

Valid travel document (minimum validity = 6 months);

Onward / return ticket;

Entry facilities to next destination;

Sufficient funds to stay in Singapore and

Visa for Singapore (if applicable)

If you require a visa to enter Singapore, please approachthe Singapore mission nearest to you for information on visa application andsubmission procedures, list of documents required, application fees payable andto obtain visa application forms.

The visa application process can take up to at least 2months, so it is important that you start your application as soon as possibleto ensure you receive your visa in plenty of time for travel to MTA2013.

Letter of Invitation

If for visa purposes you require an invitation letter toallow you to travel to MTA2013, please email to Ms. Teo Hui Hui athuihui@sesallworld.com with subject: Request for MTA2013 Letter of Invitationto request for one. In this email, please provide your Full name (as inpassport), Passport Number, Nationality, Job title, Company, Address, City,Country, Telephone, Fax and email address in the email.

We will also require you to fax a copy of your business cardand passport to Fax: +65 6272 2689, addressed to the MTA2013 Organiser. If yourrequest is successful, a copy of your Letter of Invitation will be faxed to youand the original copy will be mailed to you.
