MTA VIETNAM2013 features 81 per cent international participation with major machine tool, and tooling system brand names displaying a wide range of high quality products. Touted as the leading show of its kind in Vietnam, the world’s top five machine tool exporting countries and regions – Japan, German, Italy, Taiwan and Switzerland are well represented at this year’s show. Booming Japanese presence in Vietnam
As Vietnam’s top investor, Japan has created a burgeoning market for Japanese manufacturing solution providers. In the last five years, Japanese conglomerates have set up multiple manufacturing facilities in Vietnam. Brother, Fuji Xerox, Hitachi, Nidec Semitsu and SOC have joined the ranks of Bridgestone, Canon, and Yamaha Motor Co in setting up shop in Vietnam.
